Referrals to BHS

Partial Hospitalization Program services are available to clients in our Behavioral Health Services who meet certain criteria.

Criteria

• 18 years or older
• do not need 24 hour care
• do not present an immediate danger to themselves or others
• can meaningfully participate and benefit from an active treatment program
• and do not suffer from an advanced stage of dementia

Confidentiality

In compliance with Federal and State guidelines, confidentiality is strictly maintained.

Insurance

We accept Medicare as well as many other insurance plans.  Co-payments may apply. Please contact the clinic for more information.
