VISUAL ARTS

In our Visual Arts classes students can find multiple ways of expressing their creativity.  They have the opportunity to experience working with a variety of media and techniques, such as collage, pastels, pencil, watercolors, tempera, and oils.  Students learn the basics of visual representation, working on projects that emphasize, in turn, perspective, lighting and shadow, color blending, etc.  In the process they create highly individual and evocative works of art

COMPUTER GRAPHICS

Students use computer technology to scan and customize images and to design and create graphics of their own.  In the process, they learn to employ the technology and commonly-used graphics design sofware to produce the effects they seek for their artwork.   This is always one of our most popular art classes.
